Everything is cooked fresh and sealed into large foil trays, labelled and ready to go.

Collect & reheat
Collect from Blue Junction, then put the trays into your own oven when you're ready to serve.

How far in advance do I need to order party trays?
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice so everything is cooked fresh on the day of collection.
Can I mix vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes?
Yes - choose all vegetarian, all non-vegetarian, or mix both across your starters and mains.
Do you deliver party trays?
Party trays are collection only from Blue Junction in Morden.
How do I reheat the trays?
Every order comes with simple oven reheating instructions on the tray label - unwrap, heat and serve.
No cooking, just reheating.
